PFA
PerFluoroAlkoxy (PFA) is a fluoropolymer with most of the physical and chemical properties of PTFE. However, it has lower permeation and better flex life. The temperature range is from 320°F to a maximum of 500°F. PFA is essentially chemically inert even at extreme temperatures and is virtually nonporous.
PFA is often used as a liner or a coating to prevent corrosion, but it can be used in any application requiring a wide temperature range and chemical compatibility. High purity and USP Class VI grades are available.
