Our engineering workshop is equipped with machinery for cutting, turning, drilling, profile shaping, milling and thicknessing.Whether you require a prototype or a production run, the materials, precision and quality you will receive are unequalled.
Sealing Components
Plasmac Services the hydraulic, pneumatic and sealing system industries with custom made Polyurethane, PTFE, and Nylon rod seals, wipers, piston seals, rotary shafts seals, back-up rings, bearings, wear bands, O-rings and V-packings. Diameters up to 900mm can be machined to your requirements.
Teflon® Rods and Tubes
Our in-house production facility processes virgin and filled grades of PTFE.These include low deformation virgin, 25% glass fiber, 23% glass + 2% graphite, 25% carbon and 60% bronze grades.Custom compounds and colours are available in some circumstances.
